Our Services
Custom Ordering
Visit the "Contact Us" page, click the button below, or email estesrocks@gmail.com to utilize this service. Please send us a detailed description of your request, and we will work to come up with the best product for you. Send us pictures, sketches or color schemes for your order request. If you have a broad request or are unsure where to start, we are happy to give you guidance and suggestions. Once the design and price is approved, the next step is payment. After payment is complete, we will give you an estimated timeline for us to paint your product. Please keep in mind, if you need the order by a certain date, please allow us plenty of time to create it. Once completed, we will send you a picture of the finished product. After this, all that is left is to ship our Estes Rocks to you!
Payment
Cashier checks are preferred for custom orders, but Paypal is accepted as well. If you are paying by check, we will email you an address to mail it to. How do we price? The cost of a custom order is based on the amount of time it takes, the detail of the design, and shipping. Please note that shipping costs will differ based on the product's weight and size and on your location.
